Pinocchio: Emoji Blitz
Pinocchio, like Snow White, was a set of characters which took a while to fully appear in the game.
Jiminy Cricket has been there for a long time as a 'Silver Emoji'. These are the less powerful, less expensive emojis (costing only 15,000 coins to buy/level up). Each Silver Emoji only levels up to a maximum of Level 3 (whereas Gold Emojis, which cost 30,000 coins a pop, will level up to Level 5).
Jiminy's power is to put a rainbow star on to the board - in exactly the same place each time you use it.
Therefore, he is actually an invaluable emoji in that he is indispensable to completing missions in the game which involve using a large number of rainbow stars in one game or combining rainbow stars together (which involves swopping them with each other rather than with a character emoji).
But it took a while before any other characters from the film arrived. Now, we finally have Pinocchio, Figaro and the Blue Fairy.
Pinocchio is another Silver Emoji and his power involves his nose growing to increasing lengths each time he is used and clearing emojis as it grows.
Figaro is a diamond exclusive emoji (although still Silver) and, unfortunately, I have been unable to receive him in the game. His power apparently involve pouncing on Cleo, the goldfish, and clearing emojis as he does so.
The Blue Fairy is another special emoji who I do not own yet, but will eventually. Certain emojis are rewards for reaching significant levels in the game. At Level 100, you receive Yen Sid. At 200, the Fairy Godmother and at Level 300 players will receive the Blue Fairy who, like Jiminy, places rainbow stars on the board.
There have not yet been any special events involving these emojis although it would great fun to have a villain event with an Honest John, Stromboli or Monstro emoji as the reward.
