Alice in Wonderland Meet and Greets

Queen of Hearts with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum - Fun Meet and ...

Around the various Disney parks it is possible to meet many of the iconic Alice in Wonderland characters.

On our most recent trip to Disneyland Paris, my son interacted with the Mad Hatter, we met the White Rabbit at a character meal and walked past the Queen of Hearts.

Alice is also a common sight along with these characters.  It is quite common to see Alice and the Hatter interacting around Disney World or Disneyland, sometimes with Peter Pan (the English Literature connection tying them closely together).  There is a dedicated meet and greet location in Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom called the Mad Tea Party.

The England link also means Alice can be found at the United Kingdom pavilion at World Showcase at Epcot.

At the Grand Floridian it is possible to interact with Alice and the Hatter at the 1900 Park Fare restaurant, as part of the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast and the Wonderland Tea Party.

It is also possible to meet not only the Queen of Hearts, but also Tweedledum and Tweedledee at various parks including Disneyland Paris.

Rarer characters include the Cheshire Cat, the March Hare, Card Guards, the King of Hearts and Mr Walrus.

The Cheshire Cat appears at Halloween events at Disneyland Paris.  This highlights the enigmatic nature of the character in terms of whether he is a hero or a villain.  The March Hare has also been known to appear at Disneyland Paris although very rarely.    Mr Walrus is another extremely rare character who is known to have appeared at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World.

The King of Hearts has appeared in the Happiness is Here parade at Tokyo Disneyland along with the Card guards although not as a character that interacts with guests.
